Exec Shuffle

Sara Fischer has been picked up as VP of production for motion pictures at Showtime Networks. In the new slot, she'll handle all aspects of production on feature films for Showtime and for foreign theatrical release, including scouting locations and hiring crews. Fischer had been a producer on the Brillstein-Grey drama "C-16."

Kenneth DuBow has rejoined MGM after an 11-year absence, signing on as VP in the Domestic Television Distribution division. DuBow will oversee the newly created specialized sales department, which will serve the basic cable market. DuBow returns to MGM from Paragon Entertainment Corp., where he spent three years as VP of U.S. television sales.

NBC Entertainment has named Lisa Burks manager for electronic publicity, talent, radio and interactive media. She'll oversee radio interviews with NBC talent and publicity campaigns involving interactive media. Burks joined NBC in 1988 as a page.
