The pic, directed and scripted by Skip Woods, started lensing last week in various locales around L.A. Michael Jeter and Glenn Plummer also star. Alan Poul is producing.

Pic is about an infamous drug dealer (Jane) who tries to retire to a life in suburbia until his old cohort (Eckhart) and his accomplice (Beals) show up and disrupt his life.

Jane's deal was brokered by Tracy Jacobs of ICM. Jane's credits include "The Last Time I Committed Suicide," "The Crow: City of Angels" and the current hit "Face/Off."

Woods was repped by Andrew Cannava of UTA.
