Webs sked day-long preview of fall season

Seven broadcast networks and a dozen cable webs are skedded to screen programming and participate in a daylong fall TV season highlights day on July 26 (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) at the Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre at the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences in North Hollywood.

Program executives from ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, PBS, the WB and UPN (on the broadcast side) and HBO, Showtime, Lifetime, the Disney Channel, TNT, American Movie Classics, the Discovery Channel, the USA Network and others (on the cable side) are expected to be in attendance to introduce their fall lineups.

Day is slated to include programming excerpts, sample scenes and previews along with conversation about the coming campaign. Producers of the event for ATAS are Sheri Goldberg, Heidi Trotta, Alison Hill and Mark Rosch.

Admittance is free to ATAS members and members of the Publicists Guild and $15 for non-members.
