The wide-ranging pact calls for Coolidge and Ozma to develop series and longform projects for network, cable and syndication. The deal is another sign of the indie's efforts to diversify its production and distribution slate under the leadership of All American TV Prods. prexy David Gerber.
Coolidge is no stranger to TV, having directed several TV movies and pilots in addition to her feature credits, which include the Oscar-nominated "Rambling Rose," the film adaptation of Neil Simon's "Lost in Yonkers" and the cult-fave "Valley Girl."
Coolidge is repped by the William Morris Agency's Bill Douglass, Robert Stein and David Lubliner.
