Sara Rose, a former Orion acquisition exec, is not officially an employee of MGM but is acting on behalf of the company at the Toronto Film Festival as a member of the post-merger transition team. Wednesday's story about MGM Distribution Co.'s acquisition of "The Hanging Garden" was inaccurate.
