Blume, 38, has worked as executive VP and CFO at Solomon Intl. since 1994, managing day-to-day operations at the company. He also launched a production company in India and helped develop Solomon's Latin American broadcast strategy.
Prior to that, Blume was senior VP of finance at Largo Entertainment. Blume will be involved with all biz decisions at BGE, but he'll devote much of his attention to TV.
