Haber tapped for Spelling Ent. board

NEW YORK --- Spelling Entertainment Group. appointed former Creative Artists Agency co-founder Bill Haber to its board, it said Tuesday.

Haber, who is now adviser to the president of Save the Children Federation, is the second independent director appointed to Spelling's board in addition to Ohio attorney John Muething. Spelling has four "insider" directors affiliated with management.

At one point, Haber had been Spelling's agent.
