Executive Shuffle

Sheryl Rubenstein has joined Fox Broadcasting Co. as director, current programming, supervising production of comedy series.

Rubenstein was Spelling TV development director.

Paul Sands resigned as news director at San Diego ABC affiliate KGTV to become executive VP/news for Pulitzer Broadcasting Co., effective Sept. 20. He will oversee TV operations.
