Exec Shuffle

Former MGM TV vice president Kim Reed has joined Burston-Marsteller Entertainment as VP and managing director. Reed will oversee publicity campaigns for all agency entertainment clientele, including Universal TV and Twentieth TV.

She replaces Trisha Cardoso, who moved to Paramount TV.

DIC Animation has upped longtime company exec Marsha Goodman to senior VP of talent.

She joined DIC in 1983 as a post-production supervisor, moving over to the talent department, where she has cast and directed actors on more than 500 animated programs.

Brad Hornor has been upped to director, contract administration, for Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution. Hornor, who had served as manager of contract administration since 1988, will oversee all domestic syndication contract agreements.

Von Johnson has been appointed VP of worldwide technical operations for ITC Entertainment Group. He'll be responsible for worldwide manufacturing.
