Paula Sullivan has been named vice president for corporate development, a new position, at Graff Pay-Per-View.

Sullivan has been a consultant to the company for more than a year. She started and headed affiliate relations for EventTeleVision, an early PPV sports network. Sullivan was also a co-founder of Media Management Services, a consulting service.
