Andrew Williams has been named director of creative advertising for Orion Pictures. He will be responsible for the creation, production and budgeting of theatrical advertising.

Williams joins Orion from Buena Vista Intl., the international marketing division for Hollywood Pictures, Touchstone Pictures and Walt Disney Pictures.

Capital Cities/ABC Inc. has named former Bush administration Treasury Secretary Nicholas F. Brady to its board. He succeeds William I. Spencer, who retired. Spencer joined the board in 1990. Brady, a former U.S. senator from New Jersey, is chairman and president of the investment firm Darby Advisors Inc.

Mark Kenchelian has been elevated to VP, business and legal affairs, at Walt Disney TV Animation. He joined the company as director in that area in 1990.

LIVE Home Video Inc. has promoted Carol Thompson to VP of production and acquisitions. She joined the company in 1989.
