Traditional sympathetic treatment of South Africa's ruling National Party by the South African Broadcasting Corp. has been replaced by a similar attitude toward Nelson Mandela's African National Congress, media analysts say. Shift was acutely highlighted by what some consider overly respectful coverage of the assassination of Communist Party chief Chris Hani.
