Ta-ta to 'Hee Haw'

"Hee Haw" is going out of production after 25 years.

Currently seen in 140 markets, the country humor-with-music series will remain in syndication, with 600 shows in the vault.

For a year, the show has been in reruns, with Roy Clark and other performers taping new commentary and introductory remarks, but program officials said yesterday even this partial production will be eliminated.
