N.Y., L.A. law firms join forces
Blumenthal & Lynne, the New York law firm that represents New Line Cinema, Miramax and other independent motion picture producers, announced yesterday that its principals have formed a partnership with Wyman & Issacs, the California law firm that specializes in production of independent motion pictures distributed through major studios such as Walt Disney, Paramount and Universal.
The partnership, which is effective immediately, is intended to enable both firms to better service their clients in New York and Los Angeles.
The two firms will be known as Wyman Issacs Blumenthal & Lynne in California and Blumenthal & Lynne in New York.
