Philip D. Marella has been promoted to senior VP, legal and business affairs, Worldvision Enterprises. He had been VP, legal and business affairs since August 1988, after joining the company as director in February 1987.

Robert J. Qudeen has been named VP and general manager of WWOR-TV, replacing Michael B. Alexander, who has resigned from that post. Qudeen will take over at the end of March at what has recently been the lowest-rated station, sign-on-to-sign-off, in the market. Currently, Qudeen is VP and general manager of KBHK-TV San Francisco, a position he has held since 1984.

Sue Norris has joined CBS Entertainment as director, current programs, overseeing ongoing production of both comedy and drama series.

Twentieth Television has upped Bob Cesa to senior veepee, advertiser sales, domestic television. He had been VP, advertiser sales, since February 1990. Moving up to that vacated spot is Jon Barovick, director, advertiser sales, since March 1990.
