Polygram Label Group continued restructuring its promotion department, upping three exex.
In the most significant promotion, Steve Leeds has been named senior director , alternative radio and video promotion. Leeds joined the promotion department in 1991 after a stint at MTV Networks.
Bill Carroll and Kyle Wong have been named associate directors of alternative promotion. Wong was West Coast manager of alternative promotion, while Carroll was PLG's promotion manager in New England.
Leeds will report to PLG exec VP John Barbis and be based in New York. Carroll and Wong will be based in Los Angeles and report to Leeds.
