Victory Village among Archerd's favorite charities
Located in Stanwood, in the State of Washington, the residential program aims to develop the living skills of each individual and enhance their personal growth and self-fulfillment.
The program also includes a vocational division that provides therapeutic and instructional programs to train the challenged adults in a variety of areas, thereby creating an alternative work force.
