Canada's Hall of Fame taps Murray

The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences has given country crooner Anne Murray a befitting honor in the year that marks her 25th anniversary as a recording artist: She will be inducted into the Hall of Fame with a star-studded musical tribute at the Juno Awards, Canada's Grammys, on March 21.

Murray has released more than 30 albums that have made her Canada's most successful female recording artist. Worldwide sales of her records have passed 24 million units.

In Canada, Murray has received 26 RPM and Juno awards and holds the record for the most Juno wins.

Her international achievements include four Grammy Awards and three American Music Awards.
