Warner in Deep TV with Brooks

Malcolm-Jamal Warner has teamed with actor Claude Brooks ("Amen") and producer Robert Johnson to form Tres' Deep Prods., with a Saturday-morning pilot already in the works for ABC.

The pilot, "All AX-S," is a teen-oriented magazine designed to give viewers "all access" to sports, entertainment and news from a behind-the-scenes perspective.

Brittany Powell, Mushond Lee and Steven Ho will host, with the program to air as a special April 3.

The 23-year-old Warner, a former "The Cosby Show" regular, has also worked as a director and currently stars in the NBC series "Here and Now."

Brooks appeared regularly in the series "Amen" and "True Colors" and Johnson is co-owner of Kobelco Prods., primarily a producer of musicvideos.
