Bob Burkett has ankled as corporate affairs VP for Interscope to join the Geffen Co. as prez of the Geffen Foundation and exec veepee of public affairs of the parent company.
Burkett is the first person David Geffen brought in to run the foundation, which Burkett told Daily Variety is "not just to give money, but to help leverage and raise money for various organizations," in areas of civil rights, civil liberties and the fight against AIDS.
