Jerry Hartman has been promoted to senior vice president of Universal Pay TV.

Veronique Maingard, senior vice president of Odyssey Distributors Ltd., is leaving the firm for family reasons when her contract expires at the end of the year. Odyssey is a division of Communications and Entertainment Corp., a film finance company.

Newton Bellis has joined Laser-Pacific Media Corp. as VP sales. He will report to Leon Silverman, exec VP at the post-production house.
