Lucas' career topic of Pal talk

The career of George Lucas will be the featured topic of the George Pal Lecture on Film Fantasy in Film tonight at 8 p.m. in the Samuel Goldwyn Theater of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences.

The lecture will be presented by critic and journalist Charles Champlin, author of "George Lucas: The Creative Impulse."
