Wilson, Nolte enlist for 'Thunder'

Duo sign on to DreamWorks comedy

Owen Wilson and Nick Nolte have enlisted in "Tropic Thunder," the Ben Stiller-directed DreamWorks comedy about a group of actors who go on location to shoot a war movie, only to find that reality replicates their plot.

Stiller, who wrote the script with Justin Theroux and Etan Cohen, is producing with Red Hour partner Stuart Cornfeld.

Wilson and Nolte join Stiller, Jack Black, Robert Downey Jr., Brandon Jackson, Steve Coogan, Danny McBride, Bill Hader, Jay Baruchel, Matt Levin and Andrea De Oliveira in the ensemble.

Pic shoots this summer in Hawaii and Los Angeles.

Wilson and Stiller are regular collaborators, and most recently appeared together in "Night at the Museum."

Nolte will next be seen in the screen adaptations of novels "The Mysteries of Pittsburgh" and "The Spiderwick Chronicles."
